Ingredients:

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup raw apple, chopped
2 tsp walnuts
2 TB ground flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup cold water
5 large ice cubes

Directions:

1. Put ALL ingredients in a blender and blend/whip (high speed) until all ice is crushed and your smoothie is, well….smooth!).
2. Pour in a large glass, and as always…Enjoy!!…or else
