Blueberry and Banana buttermilk smoothie

Try making this delicious blueberry and banana smoothie as a substitute for breakfast to feel full and energized throughout the day. 

Ingredients:

2 cups of frozen blueberries
1 banana
1.5  cups buttermilk
3  tablespoons agave nectar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth or desired consistency has been achieved. (if you would like a thicker smoothie, add 1 1/2 cups ice and blend)
