Cake Batter Protein Shaek

 This Cake Batter Protein Shake uses protein powder.  Designer Whey protein powder contains 18g protein per scoop but with only 100 calories so is a great whey 🙂 to get your protein!  Similar shakes can contain almost your full day’s calories.  This recipe makes one serve

 

Ingredients:

½ cup lowfat cottage cheese
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (try Designer Whey )
3-5 drops almond extract
1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix
3-5 packets of natural sweetener such as Stevia
Roughly 1 cup water
some ice cubes

Directions:

Place everything into a blender and blend, adding as much water and ice as needed to get a nice creamy consistency. Top with some sprinkles
