Fig and Melon martini


1.5 ounces Fig and Vanilla Infused Vodka
cantaloupe purée
0.5 ounce Cointreau
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon maple syrup


  1. Puree 1/8 of a ripe cantaloupe with 2 tablespoons of water in a blender or a food processor.
  2. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all the ingredients. Shake well until they are all mixed well.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass
  4. For an interesting garnish take a thin slice of fig and thread it onto a skewer, then add a slice of cantaloupe to the skewer and place in the glass with the fig at the top.
