green apple ginger recipe

Ingredients:

1 Cucumber
1 Cup Spinach
1 Green Apple
1 handful of Parsley
1 thumb of Ginger (about 1 inch)
1-2 Cups of Coconut Water or Water

Directions:

Core your apple, blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender and enjoy.
