An easy recipe for this Irish take on the classic frozen summer drink, the Pina Colada.
3 ounces(1/3 cup) Irish cream liqueur such as Bailey’s
1½ ounces(3 tablespoons) coconut milk
1½ ounces of crushed pineapple
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend well.
- Serve in a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a chunk of pineapple.
