Recipe for a healthy PB&J smoothie that will please your craving for something sweet without all the calories!
3 TBSP peanut butter
1-1/2 cups almond milk
- Blend the peanut butter smoothie ingredients together. Make sure this part of the smoothie is not too thick. You can add more peanut butter if you want to. Pour this into your glass and set aside.
- Blend the blueberry ingredients together. Don’t add all the almond milk at once! Just add enough so that you get a thick, icy mixture.
- If you want to get that pretty, layered look; pour the blueberry portion into the glass slowly at first then just plop the mixture in.
