Make this Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie in your favorite tumbler or mug for a healthy post workout pick-me-up!
½ cup canned pumpkin puree
1 cup almond milk
2 frozen bananas
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and Ginger for topping (optional)
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
