red white and blue smoothie

A delicious and patriotic red, white, and blueberry smoothie that is also healthy for you and great for breakfast!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup organic vanilla flavored yogurt
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup almond milk or water
1 large sliced banana
2 tablespoons zero calorie sweetener or all natural honey
1/2 cup blueberries, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Place yogurt, strawberries, milk, banana and sweetener into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with blueberries.
