rum swizzle


crushed ice
1 1/2 ounces dark rum
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
generous dash Angostura bitters
2 ounces seltzer


In rocks glass filled with crushed ice, combine ingredients, adding seltzer last. Use swizzle stick to gently blend, rolling it between palms of your hands
