1.5 oz grapefruit juice
1.5 oz gin (or vodka)
mint sugar (directions below)
- To make mint sugar place 1/4 cup of mint leaves and half a cup of sugar in a grinder or blender and process until finely ground.
- Moisten the rim of your glass with some grapefruit juice. (The juice helps the sugar to adhere better than water does.)
- Place mint sugar on a flat dish or tray, turn the glass over into the dish and coat the rim with sugar.
- Pour grapefruit juice and gin over ice.
