This is a refreshing summer drink that’s low calorie (only 90 calories per serve) and contains healthy coconut water. Coconut water is the latest health food as it contains potassium and antioxidants. Its great when something so delicious is good for you as well!
3 cups cubed chilled watermelon
1 cup coconut water
squeeze of fresh lime
Ice if needed
Place all the ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a wedge of watermelon.
